1. Who is responsible for data

Data processing related to the sale and delivery of CORE is organized by Inspire California LLC, California, USA, registration number 202357817545. Address: 1225 Cypress Ave, Ste 3 #V385, Los Angeles, CA 90065, USA. For data questions: 044brat@gmail.com.

2. What data is processed

Do not send passwords, login codes, full card details, client documents or other unnecessary confidential information. Remove other people's data from work submitted for review.

3. Why data is used

Data is used to create and fulfill orders, verify payment, manually deliver access, provide the consultation, give feedback, support buyers, process refunds, prevent abuse and meet accounting and tax requirements.

Where GDPR applies, the legal bases are contract formation and performance, legal obligations and legitimate interest in security and rights protection. Optional marketing requires a separate basis, including consent where required. A purchase does not by itself mean a subscription to marketing.

4. Services and recipients

CORE uses Stripe for payments and refunds, Google Drive for materials, Gmail for email, Telegram for the community, and Sites/OpenAI and Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting. These services receive data needed for their functions and may process it under their own rules.

Service policies: Stripe, Google, Telegram, OpenAI, Cloudflare.

In the Telegram community, other members may see your profile, messages and work you post according to Telegram settings. Do not post information in the public chat that you do not want to disclose to members. Work and testimonials are not used in public CORE advertising without separate permission.

Data may be provided to government authorities upon lawful request and to professional advisers when needed for accounting or rights protection. We do not sell personal data or share it for cross-site behavioral advertising.

5. International processing

The seller is located in the United States, and the services used may process data in the United States and other countries. For transfers regulated by GDPR, legally provided mechanisms are used, including applicable standard contractual clauses and adequacy decisions.

6. Retention

Data for access and training is stored during participation and up to 12 months after it ends to handle requests. Regular support correspondence is stored up to 12 months after the issue is closed. Purchase, tax, refund and claim records may be stored up to seven years, or another period required by law or needed for an unresolved dispute. Unnecessary data is deleted or anonymized.

Technical logs and data processed independently by services are stored under their own rules. Deleting information from CORE systems does not automatically delete your Stripe, Google or Telegram account.

7. Cookies and analytics

After your consent, the site may use Google Analytics 4 for aggregated statistics about sources, devices, visits, scroll depth and page actions, and Microsoft Clarity for heatmaps and interaction recordings. Analytics is not enabled before you choose "Allow analytics". The choice is stored in browser localStorage and can be reset by clearing site data.

We track views of key sections, scroll depth, engagement time and clicks on payment buttons. Full card details, Stripe field contents and buyer email are not sent to site analytics. If you arrive through a tagged link, UTM tags are used to identify the source and are sent to Stripe together with the button placement.

Analytics services may receive technical data, including IP address, device type, browser and page address, under their own rules. The landing page does not use analytics for automated decisions about the user and does not sell personal data.

8. Your rights and requests

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object to processing and withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of previous processing. Mandatory storage for accounting or disputes may limit immediate deletion.

Write to 044brat@gmail.com with the subject "CORE data". We may ask for minimum information to confirm the request relates to your data. The response is provided within the period required by applicable law.

CORE does not use automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects for the buyer. If you are under 18, do not submit data or place an order independently without a legal representative.

9. Changes

The current version is published on this page with its effective date. If material changes affect current buyers, we will notify them through an available communication channel when required. New processing purposes are not introduced retroactively without the required legal basis.
